If your Player Account is deemed inactive, the Casino maintains the right to charge a monthly administration fee of 10 USD (or the current balance of your account, if less) as long as the balance of your account remains positive.

You permit the Casino to deduct this amount from your Player Account at the start of the month following the day your account is deemed inactive, and at the start of each consecutive month your account stays inactive. 14. REFUND POLICY
